Saïd discovered his passion for employment law during his bachelor’s degree and went on to specialise in this field. He earned a Master’s in private law, majoring in employment law, then a Postgraduate Degree in employment law and human resources. At that time, he was planning to join the human resources division of a company. He unexpectedly found his true calling during an internship at a law firm that specialised in individual labour relations and collective bargaining.
After this initial internship, Saïd joined ærige (formerly brl avocats) in February 2007, and has been with the firm throughout his career. He prepared his thesis on anticipating restructurings from an employment law perspective at the firm while completing his qualifications. Saïd was admitted to the Bar in 2010 and became a firm partner in January 2015.
Since then, Saïd and his team have expanded their practice in the field of collective and individual labour relations, and offer counsel, advocacy and training services. Saïd’s team is very active in the retail, industry, technologies, telecom and community health sectors. He has developed particular expertise in managing restructurings and in complex, large-scale cases involving labour relations.
Saïd also has a keen interest in architecture and construction, which reflects his approach to his day-to-day work for the firm, where he continually devotes himself to designing and building employment law projects alongside his clients.
