Henri Guyot

Henri Guyot

In France, it is said that a team always needs someone from the Auvergne, and in the case of ærige this is Henri, who joined the firm (formerly brl avocats) when he arrived in Paris. He started as an intern while preparing his Master’s, before becoming an associate, and then a partner in 2018.

While writing his thesis on workplace dispute prevention under the supervision of Professor Bernard Teyssié, Henri began his specialisation in labour-management dialogue, and has since developed considerable expertise in the management of employee representative bodies and relations with trade unions.
His pragmatic approach to law enables him to make labour-management dialogue a source of opportunities and the law a means of leverage.

He is an amateur photographer, and his humanistic approach to this hobby is a natural extension of his approach to labour-management relations. In the same way as in negotiations, Henri is always looking for the decisive “moment”.
