Because every team needs someone from Auvergne, Henri joined ærige (formerly brl avocats) when he arrived in Paris — first as an intern as part of the Master 2 DPRT program (Bouygues cohort), then as an associate, and a partner since 2018. Henri discovered his passion for social dialogue while writing his doctoral thesis on the prevention of collective conflicts, under the supervision of Professor Teyssie. Since then, he has developed deep expertise in managing works councils (CSE) and trade unions. His pragmatic approach turns social dialogue into a strength and the law into a lever for action. Humanist photography is, for him, a natural extension of social relations. Much like a negotiation, Henri is always looking for the decisive moment.
