Thomas, who is originally from Normandy, arrived in Paris after spending a year in Germany as part of the Erasmus programme. He studied employment law at Paris II Assas University, where he earned his Master’s in 2000.
After starting his career as an in-house counsel with responsibility for labour relations, he decided to join a law firm.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2002 and joined ærige (formerly brl avocats) in 2003, before becoming a partner in 2008.
Thomas trained at the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants while developing a clientele comprised of all sizes of companies in the community healthcare, services, press, metallurgy, real estate, social housing and logistics sectors.
Thomas is a music lover and a keen amateur musician. He is also the firm’s resident singer, and is as comfortable in his lawyer’s robe as he is with a guitar in his hands.
