Bamdad Razavi Nazer

After focusing on labor law, a field he considers a crossroads of all branches of law, Bamdad joined the Master 2 DPRT program at Paris II Assas University, graduating in 2010. He was admitted to the bar in 2013 and began his career at Courtois Lebel law firm before joining Charles Russell Speechlys. There, he assisted various multinational companies, both in French and English, particularly with restructuring and international mobility issues. He then moved to Flichy Grangé Avocats, where he mainly handled high-stakes litigation. Bamdad joined Aerige in 2021 as an associate and became a partner in 2025. He advises French and international clients from diverse sectors (including insurance, IT, finance, healthcare, and medico-social fields) on all aspects of labor law, both in advisory and litigation capacities. Outside of work, Bamdad is passionate about football, a cinema and theater enthusiast, and a food lover (with a particular fondness for Iranian cuisine).
